If you have any questions at all about how to start the process of commissioning the artist to create a special one-of-a-kind piece, please check out this section.
When will i receive my artwork?
In general, most orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days (does not include commissions). Shipments typically arrive in 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. International orders may incur unforeseen duties and taxes during shipping that the client will be responsible for.
Returns & refunds for Artwork
I want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new art. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please
contact me within 7 days of receiving your art.
Include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. I
will contact you within 24 hours to see how I can help. There may be a 25% restocking fee that is required for any order canceled after shipment or exchanged for reasons other than damaged packaging. Does not apply to custom artwork. Please see my custom artwork FAQ section.

Large Size Products & Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.
- Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
- Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping.
- I can provide freight quotes for these orders.
- Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping outside the Continental US, expedited shipping & special requests
If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact me regarding your shipping preferences.
- APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
- Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
- Customer may be responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
- Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact me with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
